Oklahoma Department of Education, along with schools in other states, should cut ties with PragerU. PragerU is a MAGA media outlet that is known for spreading misinformation. Now, they’ve started spreading anti-Hindu ideology [SEE EVIDENCE HERE], characterizing British colonialism as arguably good for India, and imported Christianity as an equalizing force when all Britain did was worsen inequalities. They also make no mention of especially horrendous religious colonialism in Portuguese Goa. We believe Trump’s proposal to remove the Dept. of Education will embolden these groups to spread more propaganda, so state departments should recognize their misinformation early.
